@Doli – One of my friends lost 13 and what’s more, KEPT it off! She is my champ!! And of course I will chronicle it here. Read about my gym moans?! Can you imagine me keeping shtum about anything?!

Wow! 11 kilos That’s quite a goal. Hope you track it here. I have been trying all of this year to lose just 5 and I lose probably around 1.5 and gained 2 back on this holiday season Hehehehhe hope you succeed and track it here so that I can use the tips for myself!

Let’s see 2010 resolutions for me:

- make a mark for my clients in social media
- find a husband
