Like a phoenix from its ashes
Here I am! Thank you for popping in and more importantly, for sticking with me during and after the change-over.
As some of you might know, recently I decided to give myself a makeover. Purely because I thought I had outgrown my old blog nickname stage. For the uninitiated, I started my cyber life as the blogger DesiGirl, writing about my life, my children and my views and opinions on everything under the sun. Little did I know then, that there was a well known adult entertainment site with a remarkably similar name and this caused much mirth amongst my friends. But it didn’t bother me as I had grown used to being “DG” and felt it was cute.
Until I figured most folks came to my site googling for porn!
And here I was, a well respected M.Sc in Electronic Publishing, no less, trying to carve a new career as a freelance writer / web content developer etc and getting virtually hit upon! So I decided enough was enough and time I cut my losses and start afresh. Rather than blundering into yet another tricky moniker-related bog, I decided to stick with my own name.
So here I am. Back again. Good eh?
hmm, your site layout is actually pretty bad. it is poor coz it has two layers of nav. and also, i am not able to change my vote. you need to find a better theme
